Assets School Donates 665 lbs. of Food to the Hawai‘i FoodBank

From November 3–26, Assets School community had the opportunity to make a real difference in our community by supporting the Hawai‘i Foodbank. With drop-off locations available on both campuses, we collected 665 pounds of food ranging from canned goods to instant ramen—equivalent to 546 meals!

The timing was especially meaningful, as the drive wrapped up just in time for Giving Tuesday on December 2, 2025— a powerful reminder that every act of kindness, big or small, can create ripples of hope and make our community stronger.

Although our annual food drive has concluded, the spirit of giving continues! We invite everyone in our community to support the local Hawaii FoodBank and bring hope to families in need—especially during the holiday season, when a little generosity can make a world of difference. The Hawai‘i FoodBank’s top needs are:

  • Rice (5-10lbs)
  • Canned protein (Chicken, tuna, etc.)
  • Canned meals (Stew, chili, spaghetti, etc.)
  • Canned vegetables
  • Canned Fruits

Mahalo nui loa to everyone who participated and donated during our food drive
