The Assets High School Summer School curriculum offered something for everyone, from History through Tabletop Gaming to Math Review to Chinese Language and Calligraphy.
In the Introduction to Robotics class, students were immersed in a hands-on learning experience, building robots in just one week and holding a friendly competition to showcase their engineering skills. The Olde World Arts and Crafts sessions kicked off with a week of blacksmithing, where students learned basic techniques and crafted Japanese throwing spikes.
“I got to design my own tools and not only explore blacksmithing but also wood and leather working,” said Erin ‘26.
Other exciting courses included Creative Writing, where students honed their storytelling abilities, and Aviation, which sparked an interest in careers in the sky.
Students explored their musical talents by creating songs on their computers, blending technology and creativity in the music production class. In the Stop Motion Animation class, students created captivating short films, learning the intricacies of this unique art form. Click here to see their projects.
