Students at Assets School sharpen blacksmithing skills while learning about life

Assets School's Mentorship Program is one of the cornerstones of our High School curriculum. Every student is provided the opportunity to select a mentorship each year that best suits their interests and helps them make a connection between school-based academics and hands-on experience that support their personal and career development.

The metal arts mentorship, also known as blacksmithing, has been increasing in popularity since it began 14 years ago. Mahalo to Christopher Greywolf for lending our #GreatMinds his incredible talents and leadership skills. Mahalo to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser for featuring this amazing program and sharing it with the community. (click on the link to view the story)
