We are pleased to launch our annual food drive for the Hawaii Foodbank. The most needed items are bags of rice and canned goods such as tuna, chicken, soup, chili, pasta, fruits, and vegetables. Your generous donations will go a long way in helping those who depend on the Hawaii Foodbank for their next meal. We encourage you to rally support within your office and other groups. You can multiply the impact and ensure more families receive the needed help.
“We are extremely grateful to Assets School and their long-term partnership in the fight against hunger,” said Hawaii Foodbank President and CEO Amy Miller Marvin. “Over the last 25 years, Assets has contributed food and funds through their annual food drive that have allowed the Foodbank to distribute food for nearly 40,000 meals to our community. We’re thrilled to be working with them again this year and look forward to continuing to work together to combat food insecurity in Hawai‘i.”
Let's surpass last year's success of 919 meals and $200. Your generosity can change lives. We are collecting items from now until November 27, and delivering the donations on Giving Tuesday, November 28, at the Hawaii Foodbank headquarters.
