8th Grade Recognition

On May 20, the Assets School community gathered to honor our 8th grade students during a heartfelt Recognition Ceremony. Families, faculty, and friends came together to celebrate the accomplishments and growth of this remarkable class as they prepare to transition into high school. Special congratulations go to Kaholu’29, recipient of the Barrett McCandless Award, and Ocean’29 and Lynzi’29, recipients of the Erik Tamashiro Scholarship, for their outstanding achievements and embodiment of the Assets spirit.

The event featured words of encouragement from Principal Ms. Lee, inspiring student reflections from eighth graders Reece’29, Philip’29, Wylan’29, and Rowan’29, and the presentation of certificates recognizing each student’s unique journey. It was a joyful and emotional occasion, filled with pride and anticipation for what’s ahead.

We’re so proud of our 8th graders and can’t wait to see all they will achieve in the years to come!
