Open Houses

Attending an Open House is the best way to discover whether Assets is the best learning environment for your child. You’ll see how we personalize education for every learner — whether you’re hoping to explore a school for your gifted child or searching for a supportive place for a struggling student. Our Open Houses are in-person and include:

• An overview of the Assets School program and walking tour of campus.
  • At the K-8 campus, tour groups are divided by your prospective student's grade so that you may view parts of the campus especially relevant to the elementary or middle school experience. Tour highlights include common areas such as the library, art, music, and tech spaces, as well as classrooms relevant to your child’s grade level.
  • At the high school campus, tours often feature classrooms in math, art, Hawaiian studies, rocketry, and robotics. Families also visit Damon Hall, our event space with views of Town and Diamond Head, and the Maker Space. Prospective high school families will learn more about our mentorship program and our college and career counseling program.
• A question-and-answer panel featuring current parents and students.
• The opportunity to meet teachers, administrators, and staff who are dedicated to supporting your child's journey.
• Additional information about required testing for admissions, including why testing is part of our process and where it can be completed.

At Assets, our Open Houses are about more than a tour — they’re about helping you picture your child thriving in a school where they are understood, challenged, and celebrated.

Prospective families of students from all grade levels are invited to attend. Please note that we host separate open houses for kindergarten through eighth grade (at our K-8 campus) and for high school (at our high school campus).
