Event Schedule:
- 8:30–8:45 AM | Arrival & Seating. Each student may have 2 guests seated with them (assigned seating). Additional guests are welcome in the general audience seating.
- 9:00 AM | Aloha Parade - Join our K–8 community in celebrating our 8th-graders.
- 9:10 AM | Ceremony Begins
- 9:10–10:15 AM | Recognition Ceremony
- 10:15–10:45 AM | Photos & Refreshments. Please join us in the carpool area following the ceremony.
- 11:00 AM | Dismissal. Students may leave for the day at this time. If leaving, please remember to sign out at the front office.
Important Reminders

Campus will open for guests at 8:30 AM
Please remain seated during the ceremony
A professional photographer will capture the event and photos will be shared at a later time
Student Slideshow
We will be creating a slideshow to celebrate our students which will be shared prior and after the ceremony. If you would like your child included, please submit 2–4 photos by May 4 using this form.
